Last week, Spirit Services attended St. Rocco School's Earth Day Celebration with their preschoolers! In addition to enjoying the sunshine and their playground, the children planted all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and flowers to honor this wonderful day.

St. Stanislaus: Memorial Mass for Polish Leaders - Thursday, April 22, 2010

This past Sunday, April 18th, 2010 St. Stanislaus Parish held a memorial mass for the Polish leaders that were the recent victims of a plane crash in Russia. St. Stanislaus honored those victims, their families, the entire country of Poland and their descendants in this beautiful ceremony.

On Wednesday, Spirit Services attended a beautiful interpretation of The Passion acted out by St. Anthony of Padua (Akron) eighth graders. They chose to use mime as a dramatic portrayal of this sacred occasion. We are honored to share with you this video during Holy Week.

Trinity HS: Graphic Design and 3D Animation Program - Friday, March 19, 2010

Spirit Services, Inc. has held a partnership with Trinity High School for over five years, including with their Graphic Design and 3D Animation Program.

This partnership enables Spirit Services to provide support to their schools on their marketing campaigns and enrollment efforts. The Graphic Design and 3D Animation Program provides marketing resources including signage, such as banners and posters, brochures and postcards.

More importantly, these resources are made for students by students. The Graphic Design & 3D Animation Program was developed by Trinity High School to provide their future graduates with a tremendous level of graphic design experience BEFORE they enter college. Additionally, in 2008, Trinity's Marketing Department was nationally recognized, winning "Best in State" by the National School Public Relations Association.

St. Francis: Distinguished Gentlemen and Rox Programs - Friday, February 05, 2010

St. Francis adopted a self-esteem program from The Ohio State University for their junior high girls called "Rox." Considering the success of this program, Mr. Scott Embacher, a teacher from St. Francis then developed a similar program for his junior high boys. They are known as the Club of the Distinguished Gentlemen. We are proud to share with you a video of the final ceremony and graduation of the Rox and Distinguished Gentlemen participants.
